About The Founder
George Land is the Founder and CEO of Youthquake Nation Sports & Entertainment, a sports marketing firm providing effective solutions for elite athletes, organizations, and the broader industry. George spent 31 years as an NBA executive, expanding the organization’s business across North America, Asia, and Africa. He received an Emmy Award for his involvement in the 2020 Netflix documentary The Last Dance and was recognized with the Curt Gowdy Media Award for his work on NBA Inside Stuff. As of 2024, his contributions now reside in the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, Massachusetts.
